Your information

Privacy policy

This page is maintained by Light & Memory Studios to explain what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, an optional preferred date, and your message.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use your information

Inquiry details are used only to respond to you about your project — answering questions, preparing a proposal, and coordinating bookings. When you submit an inquiry, you will receive a confirmation email, and we receive a notification so we can reply.

We do not send marketing newsletters. Emails from us are limited to messages you would expect, such as inquiry confirmations and replies about your booking. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed addresses are excluded from future automated emails.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only browser storage used is essential — for example, keeping the site owner signed in to the private admin area. Visitors browsing the site are not tracked.

Where your information lives

This website is built and hosted on Lovable, and inquiry details are stored in the site's secure backend database with access restricted to the site owner. Transactional emails (like your inquiry confirmation) are delivered through the platform's email infrastructure.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage your booking. If you would like your information removed, just ask — see the contact section below.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us. Email alissabreese@yahoo.com or use the contact form and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we will update this page and the date at the top.
